Javier Belmont is a professional photographer and videographer from Mexico who lives in Saint-Malo since 2009. Freelance artist, he worked for news agencies or advertising. His photographs are published in various magazines and renowned newspapers such as L’Express, Le Journal du Dimanche or Liberation. For several years, he has been working for the city of Saint-Malo, for which he did movies and pictures.
