In a peaceful seaside setting, a stone’s throw from the centre of Saint Malo, the Cottage of the Villa is located in the wing of the main house, Villa Saint Raphaël.
This charming seasonal let for 2 guests covers 35m² and has been entirely renovated into a loft-style hideaway that is warm and light. Brick, metal and wood harmonise to create a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The cottage also has its own little courtyard tucked away and not overlooked, ideal for summer lunches or cosy afternoon naps in the shade.
Main entrance to the “Cottage of the Villa” is via the courtyard of Villa Saint Raphael. This courtyard is closed, very quiet and verdant.
Doors and windows of the gite all overlook the courtyard. Privatization is created by wooden trellises.
The “Cottage of the Villa” offers on ground floor :
– a kitchen open on a living room
– a shower room / wc
The bedroom is upstairs, and is accessible by a ladder type staircase.
Ideally located along the GR34, 2 minutes walk from the beach and close to the old city of Saint Malo, the cottage of the Villa is open all year for weekly rental or for a minimum of 3 nights depending on the season.
The car park is located outside the Villa in a very quiet street.
